Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Chiropractor to join our healthcare team FOR FRIDAY (11AM-8PM) AND SATURDAY (1030AM-3PM) but it can be flexible. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of chiropractic care and demonstrate a commitment to providing exceptional patient care. This role involves assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with musculoskeletal issues, while utilizing various therapeutic techniques to promote overall wellness.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough physical examinations to assess patient conditions and determine appropriate treatment plans.
- Utilize medical imaging techniques to evaluate injuries and conditions affecting the musculoskeletal system.
- Administer trigger point therapy and other chiropractic adjustments to alleviate pain and improve mobility.
- Provide acute pain management strategies tailored to individual patient needs.
- Maintain accurate patient records, documenting treatment plans, progress notes, and medical terminology relevant to patient care.
- Observe patients during treatment sessions to monitor their response and adjust techniques as necessary.
- Educate patients on anatomy knowledge, physiology, and preventive care practices to enhance their overall health.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals in a primary care setting to ensure comprehensive patient management.
Requirements
- Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited institution.
- Valid state chiropractic license and ability to pass any required background checks.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.
- Experience in acute pain management and familiarity with various chiropractic techniques is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients effectively.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with industry advancements in chiropractic care.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour
Expected hours: 13 per week
