Job Description

As a Chiropractor, you will be responsible for providing direct chiropractic care to patients. You will work in a team environment under the referral of the Occupational Medicine physician. You will be supported by office staff to manage authorizations, patient scheduling, and billing.

This opportunity is open to W-2 part-time/full-time employees and 1099 independent contractors.

Specialties: Orthopedics, sports medicine, manual therapy, ergonomics, injury prevention.

Job Duties

Conduct patient consultations by reviewing health and medical histories, questioning, observing, and examining patients, and reviewing x-rays, as indicated

. Creating personalized treatment plans for each patient according to their needs and goal
s Update and modify the treatment plan on an ongoing basis
. Uses clinical reasoning in treating and planning, implementing, and monitoring patient progress
. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient car
e Educate patients on proper posture, ergonomics, exercise and self-are techniques for injury preventio
n Maintain open communication with the patient, other team members, and referring physician (when applicable) regarding the patient's plan of care and progress
. Complete timely and accurate documentation
