Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations, including physical exams, x-rays, and medical record reviews, to diagnose and treat musculoskeletal conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using spinal adjustments, soft tissue therapies, and lifestyle counseling.
- Manage patient pain effectively with evidence-based techniques.
- Educate patients on wellness practices and empower them to take an active role in their care.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of all treatments and interactions.
- Stay updated on advancements in chiropractic care through continuing education.
Qualifications:
- California Chiropractic License (active and in good standing).
- Active X-Ray License (required).
- Proficient in patient assessments, diagnosis, and treatment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a team-oriented mindset.
- Detailed knowledge of human anatomy and physiology.
